Day 1: Arrival in Paro and Transfer to Thimphu
Upon your arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and driver. From Paro, you'll embark on a scenic drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, which takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Thimphu, you'll visit the National Memorial Chorten, a stupa built in memory of the third King, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, and then proceed to see the towering Buddha Dordenma statue, which offers panoramic views of the valley. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll through Thimphu's local markets and crafts bazaar. Overnight in Thimphu.

Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing
Start your day with a visit to Tashichho Dzong, the seat of Bhutan's government and monastic body. Next, explore the National Library, home to an extensive collection of Buddhist texts and manuscripts. In the afternoon, visit the Folk Heritage Museum, which provides insights into Bhutanese rural life, and the Takin Preserve to see Bhutan's national animal. Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha
Depart from Thimphu and head towards Punakha, a journey that takes you over the scenic Dochula Pass, offering stunning views of the Himalayas and the 108 chortens that adorn the pass. Upon arrival in Punakha, visit the majestic Punakha Dzong, situated at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Later, explore the nearby suspension bridge, one of the longest in Bhutan. After breakfast, drive back to Paro, a journey of approximately 4 hours. In Paro, visit the Rinpung Dzong, an impressive fortress monastery, and the National Museum of Bhutan, housed in the Ta Dzong watchtower, which showcases Bhutanese art, artifacts, and history. Spend the evening wandering through Paro town, exploring its quaint shops and markets. Overnight in Paro.

Day 7: Hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery
On your final full day in Bhutan, embark on a hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest. Perched precariously on a cliffside, this sacred site is one of Bhutan's most famous landmarks. The hike takes about 4-5 hours round trip and offers spectacular views. After descending, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest and most sacred temples. Spend your last evening in Bhutan relaxing and reflecting on your journey. Overnight in Paro.

After breakfast, drive back to Paro, a journey of approximately 4 hours.
